| These huge, mammoth-size steaks will almost definitely be the largest steaks you will ever have the pleasure of encountering. To create our succulent bone-in steaks, our Master Butchers take a plump prime rib roast and carve out the 'eye.' They then hand-cut it into perfectly shaped, eye pleasing steaks hand trimming them to leave only lean meat, with just enough marbling to guarantee superb flavor. Our ribeyes are famous for having the tenderness of a filet, but with full flavor of a New York Strip steak. Each 16 ounce steak is approximately 3/4' to 1' thick. |
