| In Italy, this is called a 'Rainbow Rotollo'. In American, it's simply called delicious! We begin with fresh sheets of pasta, carefully rolled thin. Then we dill the pasta with a light textured whipped ricotta, chunks of the freshest broccoli, cauliflower, and peppers. Each pasta roll is 4 lb. |
